The Firm
This website is operated by X-CHASE LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of New York (DOS ID 7857913). X-CHASE is an institutional financial systems firm. It designs, launches, optimizes, and manages financial institutions and financial infrastructure on behalf of investors, entrepreneurs, family offices, and institutional stakeholders.
The Nature of Our Management
References on this website to the management of financial institutions describe operational, governance, vendor, and strategic management of an institution's business. They do not describe the management of investments, portfolios, or client assets. X-CHASE does not exercise discretion over any person's investments, does not manage funds or portfolios, and does not act as an investment manager or asset manager for any person.
Regulatory Status
X-CHASE is not licensed, registered, or authorized as a bank, broker-dealer, investment adviser, asset manager, money transmitter, or any other regulated financial institution in any jurisdiction. X-CHASE does not accept deposits, hold client money or assets, execute transactions, or provide investment advice. Where an engagement requires a regulated activity, that activity is carried out by appropriately authorized third parties under their own authorization and responsibility.
X-CHASE may pursue regulatory authorization in the future. Until then, the firm operates under an internal governance framework modeled on the standards of leading financial institutions. That framework is self-imposed. It is not supervised by any regulatory authority and is not a substitute for regulation.
