ETF Platform
Market Framework
An exchange-listed fund works only if the index, the market makers, the authorised participants, and the creation-redemption machinery all work at once. We assemble the platform as one system — issuer and sub-fund structure, index licensing or active mandate, authorised participant and market-maker agreements, listing and settlement arrangements, and ongoing disclosure.
THE SPECIFICATION
Architecture & Audience
An ETF is a fund with a second market attached. Investors buy on exchange rather than from the manager, which requires authorised participants, market makers and a creation-redemption process that holds the traded price near the net asset value. A strategy that cannot be priced and hedged intraday cannot be an ETF, however sound it is as a fund.
Managers seeking exchange distribution and scale economics; index providers and sponsors launching a branded range; and firms converting an existing strategy into a listed wrapper.
What We Deliver
A complete architecture, designed, launched, and managed
We assess whether your investment strategy is operationally compatible with an ETF wrapper before any structure is proposed. Intraday liquidity, hedgeability, and index replicability are evaluated against your mandate.
We establish the umbrella structure and initial sub-funds in a domicile appropriate for your listing target and distribution strategy. The umbrella is built to launch additional sub-funds efficiently.
We source and negotiate index licences for passive mandates or benchmark arrangements for active ETFs. Licensing terms are benchmarked against peer issuers of comparable AUM.
We identify and onboard the authorised participants required to support the creation-redemption process and liquidity of your ETF. AP coverage is built before listing, not sought after.
We negotiate market-making agreements that commit liquidity providers to minimum spread and size obligations on exchange. Market-maker quality determines the investor experience.
We design the operational workflow for in-kind and cash creations and redemptions, including basket composition, settlement timing, and custodian integration. The process is stress-tested before the first trade.
We manage the listing application to your target exchange or exchanges, including all regulatory correspondence and document preparation. Listing is coordinated to land at the same time as the first marketing.
We structure and source the seed capital arrangement required to launch the ETF with sufficient assets to support market-making. Seed terms are negotiated to protect the issuer at launch.
We implement the ongoing monitoring infrastructure that tracks bid-ask spread, tracking difference, and tracking error against the benchmark. Deviations are investigated and remediated promptly.
